It is unethical and a disservice to both of us for me to support you as a mental health provider. The good news is that there is a mind-body connection and many lifestyle habits such as healthy eating, movement, and proper sleep can help. Stress management skills such as communication skills or habits that build connection, introspection, balance, compassion, and aligning one's actions with values will also support mental wellness. I can help with that.
I defer all medical questions to your medical providers. However, I am qualified to support you in discovering what actions are workable for you to support the health issues that you and your medical provider(s) are focusing on (restrictive diet, GLP-1 side effects, diabetes symptoms, menopause symptoms, quitting nicotine, PCOS symptoms, etc).
I welcome consulting with your medical/mental health providers or hosting joint sessions should you feel it would be helpful to your goals.
