Absolutely not. If, when we talk, you do not feel that you want to move forward OR you just want to take some time to think about it, I will leave the ball in your court. If you do decide you want to move forward, we will discuss how to do so and what package you feel is best for you.
Through my years of coaching, I have found that clients get out of coaching what they put into coaching - both with regard to the time and financial investment. The larger packages have more of a discount and, while you are welcome to purchase additional packages after finishing one package, most people feel that the Intermediate and Advanced Packages are a better value.
The key word there is "supplement". These are not meant to be stand-alone medications to help with memory, etc. They are meant only to supplement the positive lifestyle factors that we will put in place during coaching. Ideally, with the implementation of these lifestyle factors, supplementation will not be necessary. That being said, I do believe that supplements can be helpful - if needed.
If you have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's, I would encourage you to look into the Bredesen Protocol with Apollo Health and find a certified practitioner. Using this protocol, there have been hundreds of success stories of people reversing Alzheimer's disease. So, yes, there is hope! As a coach with this protocol, I would be happy to help you to implement the lifestyle changes.
True and a great question that I get a lot. This is a time and financial investment but, the proposed outcome of this coaching is to allow you to have more time over the long haul with friends and loved ones.
If you decide to become a client, the sessions are one hour per week and take place virtually via Google Meet. Sessions are designed to help you effectively implement the lifestyle changes outside of sessions. *The bigger answer is that you will get out of coaching what you put into it. I will be your coach to educate and support you but, ultimately, the lifestyle change and subsequent benefit of coaching is up to you.
