My mission is to create a steady, supportive space where adults carrying complex roles can slow down, reconnect with what matters, and build habits that support their wellbeing and effectiveness in real life.

Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process focused on behavior change, wellbeing, and sustainable habits. Coaching looks forward and supports awareness, goal-setting, and accountability. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health or medical conditions. Coaching can complement therapy or medical care, but it does not replace them.
Coaching with me is a good fit for adults who are carrying a lot, professionally, personally, or both, and want support managing stress, energy, boundaries, and sustainable routines. Many of my clients are professionals, leaders, or educators who are capable and committed, but feeling stretched or depleted.
Absolutely! While much of my leadership and coaching experience comes from education, I work with professionals across fields who are navigating high responsibility, burnout, transitions, or leadership demands. The principles we work with, stress regulation, capacity, boundaries, and sustainable performance, apply across professions.
Sessions are collaborative and guided by what matters most to you. We may explore current challenges, clarify goals, reflect on patterns, and identify practical next steps. I use active listening, open-ended questions, and evidence-informed tools to support insight and sustainable change. Sessions are structured but flexible, and always client-centered.
I view wellbeing and leadership as deeply connected. Coaching often includes attention to workload, role expectations, decision fatigue, and the conditions that shape how you lead and live. We focus on building capacity and adjusting conditions so well-being supports effectiveness, rather than competing with it.
Many clients meet biweekly or monthly, depending on their goals and capacity. Coaching relationships may be short-term or ongoing, and we revisit pacing as needs change. Together, we determine a rhythm that is supportive and realistic.

Absolutely. Coaching can complement therapy or medical care by supporting lifestyle change, stress management, and daily practices. I do not provide therapy or medical advice, and I encourage clients to work with appropriate healthcare professionals as needed.
