EntrepreneurI was introduced to the Healing Journey program by my friend who was in the program and had great results. I had gestational diabetes with both my pregnancies, after few years was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Registered NurseI had the pleasure of taking the Healing Journey course. When I started the program, I worked from home at a desk all day not getting much exercise. I was stress eating quite a bit. I would go to bed after midnight and wake up in the morning feeling depleted. The course, particularly the 30 morning routine was a game changer! It includes movement, expressive writing, gratitude journaling, breathing exercises, and meditation.The weekly tasks kept me focused on taking action and doing the work. I felt tremendous support and accountability from the weekly coaching calls. These sessions helped me set and achieve weekly goals. The learning modules provided education on mindset, taking responsibility for your health and life, forgiveness, sleep, plant-based nutrition plus recipes, and the mind-body connection.Rajitha’s kindness, caring, patience, dedication, expertise, and knowledge of health and wellness were obvious throughout this course.

Registered NurseI must admit that I was a little skeptical at first, as I have lived my entire life with minimal health issues and attributed my elevated blood pressure in recent years to getting older. After the second week of participating in the program, I saw some changes that I called “subtle”. Even at that point, I felt like the changes could be just incidental. However, as I continued, I started to realize there were real changes in my energy level, my blood pressure, and even the bilateral knee pain that I had been experiencing.I still continued to wonder if this was really happening and started documenting changes to see if they really were true. The meditation allowed me to construct focus to my day and the fact that I had more energy helped me to be more productive at work. Incorporating more plant-based foods in my diet made me feel fuller and therefore snacked less. I have lost 5 lbs since I started the journey and improved my overall wellbeing.
