I offer Coach Swap Sessions as a collaborative way for coaches to build practice hours, sharpen their coaching skills, and grow through real coaching conversations. As a certified Health and Wellness Coach, my focus is on helping clients create sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, stress management, energy, and mindset. In this reciprocal format, participants take turns serving as both coach and client, creating a supportive space for learning, reflection, and growth. Coaches are welcome to bring their own area of coaching into the session, allowing for diverse perspectives while maintaining a professional, encouraging environment.
The Vision Setting Session is the first full coaching session following your discovery call. This session creates the foundation for your coaching journey by helping you step back, reflect, and clarify what you truly want for your health and well-being. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, this session is about gaining direction, insight, and alignment so future coaching feels purposeful and meaningful.
These sessions focus on turning your vision into achievable goals and consistent habits. Together, we’ll identify weekly priorities, explore what’s working and what isn’t, and adjust strategies so they fit your real life.
