Wellness coaching focuses on building sustainable habits and practices for your future health and wellbeing. As a health coach, I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Instead, I help you build lifestyle foundations that support your overall wellness.
Most wellness programs are one-size-fits-all. They tell you what to do without accounting for YOUR life, YOUR schedule, YOUR capacity, or YOUR constraints. My coaching is completely personalized. We figure out together what is actually sustainable for you. We look at what you can realistically maintain given your demanding career, family responsibilities, and real-life challenges.
Not at all! Many of my clients come to coaching knowing they are exhausted and something needs to change, but they are not sure what. Together, we will uncover your patterns, identify what matters most to you, and build goals that actually feel meaningful and achievable. You do not need to have it all figured out before we start. That is what coaching is for.
Our coaching sessions are conversational, collaborative, and focused on YOU. The typical flow includes checking-in, choosing the focus for the session, working through action steps and accountability, and wrapping up the session.
