The Wellness House: 90-Day Coaching Experience
The Wellness House is a 90-day wellness coaching experience designed to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change by exploring their lives through a simple, intuitive framework. Each area of life is viewed as a “room” in a house. Some rooms may feel strong and supportive, while others may need attention or renovation. Rather than trying to fix everything at once, clients are guided to focus on the areas that matter most during this season of life. This program is collaborative, reflective, and client-led, offering space to build clarity, confidence, and momentum without overwhelm. Clients may choose to re-enroll for additional 90-day cycles, focusing on new “rooms” as their needs evolve. CREATE Your Vibe is a fun, interactive virtual program where middle schoolers in grades 6-8 (ages 11-14) use creative expression, music, and hands-on activities to build real wellness skills during spring break. This is NOT another boring online class. Over 5 consecutive days (April 6-10, 2026), students receive a mystery box filled with supplies for 5 hands-on projects. Each day, we open a NEW envelope together (surprise style!) with that day's project supplies. Students work in small groups (5-10 max), participate in breakout room activities, share ideas, and build practical skills they need for navigating middle school stress, friend drama, and feeling overwhelmed. No lectures. No worksheets. Just creative exploration, peer connection, and tools they'll actually use. What is the difference between therapy and wellness coaching?
Therapy treats mental health conditions, processes past trauma, and addresses clinical diagnoses. Wellness coaching focuses on building sustainable habits and practices for your future health and wellbeing.
As a health coach, I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Instead, I help you build lifestyle foundations that support your overall wellness.
How is your coaching different from wellness programs I have tried before?
Most wellness programs are one-size-fits-all. They tell you what to do without accounting for YOUR life, YOUR schedule, YOUR capacity, or YOUR constraints.
My coaching is completely personalized. We figure out together what is actually sustainable for you. We look at what you can realistically maintain given your demanding career, family responsibilities, and real-life challenges.
Do I need to have a specific health goal to work with a coach?
Not at all! Many of my clients come to coaching knowing they are exhausted and something needs to change, but they are not sure what.
Together, we will uncover your patterns, identify what matters most to you, and build goals that actually feel meaningful and achievable. You do not need to have it all figured out before we start. That is what coaching is for.
What can I expect in a typical coaching session?
Our coaching sessions are conversational, collaborative, and focused on YOU. The typical flow includes checking-in, choosing the focus for the session, working through action steps and accountability, and wrapping up the session.
