She is even going to be better as she now has wisdom under her belt and can navigate thru things that stopped her back then. As its a blessing to have older parents, it seems at times that the roles have reversed. You are the parent and they are the child. And they can be some bad and demanding kids! Its about setting some boundaries, while at the same time, showing them respect, taking care of their needs and also dealing with the loss of who they used to be. You want to answer every time they call, drop everything and run to their rescue. However, you will need to instill some balance in this new normal.
