FAQs

How long will I work with a coach?

Button

The Science of Change is clear: a 3-month minimum commitment is highly recommended to find sustainable change, which is why I offer packages to support your success. Flexibility is key... A coaching relationship could last only a few of sessions for someone, for others a few years, ebbing and flowing as wanted.

What are sessions like?

Button

SoundPath coaching sessions always begin with guided holistic practices such as sound therapy, breath work and mindfulness to help 'clear the noise.' This could last 5 minutes, or 45 minutes, depending on your session length, interests and comfort. We then work together through coaching: focused, supportive conversations designed to create clarity and forward motion. With deep listening, insightful questions, and practical tools, each session helps you turn intention into action.

Why use Sound?

Button

Sound can be a simple way to help the body shift from stress into steadier regulation. Research suggests that calming music and sound-based practices may support relaxation, reduce perceived stress, and positively influence heart rate variability(HRV) — a marker often associated with nervous system balance. That is why every coaching session begins with scientific backed sound therapy.
