Most clients feel steadier within 2–3 sessions once sleep/energy and boundaries are addressed. Over 4–8 weeks, we build a Sustainable Success Map you can maintain.

Which program should I choose?

Button

Stabilize & Safeguard (4 wks): early signs—functioning but fraying. Momentum Reset (6 wks): creeping resentment, need structure + accountability. Stabilize & Strategize (8 wks): acute burnout onset; you’re in therapy and need execution. VIP Day: fast movers who want the whole map in one deep dive. Re-Entry (30–45 days): post-Wildfire return with guardrails.

Do you take insurance?

No. This is coaching, not psychotherapy or medical care, so insurance is not billed. Payment is via Vibly at booking. Package installments available.

Can we work together if I’m also in therapy?

Yes—and it’s often ideal for Stage 3. With your consent, I’ll coordinate with your clinician so your plan matches your clinical needs.

I’m a person of faith. Can that be part of our work?

Absolutely—by invitation only. If requested, we can integrate faith-aligned practices while staying practical and respectful.

How do online sessions work?

What do I need to prepare?

For your first session: your typical week schedule, current stressors, and top 2 goals. You’ll track sleep/energy briefly between sessions (1 minute/day).

What’s your cancellation policy?

24-hour notice required; late cancels and no-shows are billed in full. You can reschedule inside Vibly.

Do you offer one-off sessions?

Yes, for graduates and specific tune-ups. New clients get better outcomes in programs; a single session is rarely enough to rebuild rhythm.

Are you a therapist?

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and practice here as a coach. If you’re experiencing acute anxiety/depression, trauma crises, or safety concerns, please contact a licensed clinician or call 988. We can work alongside therapy when appropriate.
