Within this program we will meet for 1:1 coaching sessions where we will focus on providing clarity within your goal(s) and build realistic action plans to move you from contemplation into action. We will utilize personalized assessments to better understand your goals and any challenges standing in the way of achieving your short-term transformation. This will also allow for tool customization which is an integral part of building your roadmap to success. Actionable tools such as growth mindset, motivational interviewing, and tangible skills will be integrated into our sessions to help move you closer to achieving your goal. We will examine your contributing lifestyle factors (Fitness, Nutrition, Stress Management/Emotional Regulation, Sleep Hygiene) and create plans of action to optimize these factors to set you up for success on your transformation.
