Coaching is a partnership that willl help you acheive a higher level of well-being particularly when change is hard. Coaching is a growth-promoting relationship that elicits autonomous motivation, increases your capacity to change, and facilitates change process through visioning, goal settinng and accountability. We will explore evidence based tools to support sustainable change for good.

I work with adults who are going through a profound life transition such as recovering after cancer, being on and coming off a GLP-1, living with a chronic health condition and / or going through a season of change, such as peri-menopause and menopause. I partner with you to get results. We all know we should "eat better" or "stress less," but the gap between knowing and doing can feel like crossing a canyon. My role is to help you build the bridge across that canyon.

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone is different. Coaching sessions are a collaborative process. We will discuss duration and frequency. I'll meet you were you are at and we will build a roadmap that you can work with. I will support you, fill in information gaps, help demystify any beliefs, act as a guide, provide structure where needed, challenge and encourage you and suggest tools to build skills. You will drive the process, agenda and transformation process. We will discuss the results you want and how to get them.

How are coaching sessions customized?

Coaching sessions will be customized to your preferences. Everyone has different learning styles and sessions will be adapted so that you see effective and efficient outcomes. You are a unique individual, and I will support your journey to find a formula that best fits you, based on genetics, history, capacity and way of life. Our sessions will be tailored to your personal circumstances and capacities.

How are sessions conducted?

Sessions will be conducted online using HIPPA compliant secure video conferencing, making it easy for you to connect where ever you are.

What does a coaching session look like?

Each session last ~60mins. The first session, however, will be longer, up to 90mins. There will be structure to our sessions, (this can be compared to a warmup, a workout, and a cool-down!) however, the process will always be modified to ensure engagement and momentum. We will review where are at, check in on progress & take a deep dive on a topic or topics to help overcome challenges so you can move towards goals. You will leave each session with clear, pragmatic and practical steps to take.
