FAQs

What can I expect from a coaching session with you?

Button

During our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we’ll focus on your unique recovery journey. We’ll discuss your challenges, goals, and progress, and I’ll provide tools, strategies, and support to help you move forward. My approach is client-centered, so our work together will be tailored to your specific needs, whether that involves overcoming cravings, dealing with emotional triggers, or exploring deeper personal growth.

How often will we meet?

Button

The frequency of our meetings depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically, I recommend starting with weekly sessions, especially if you’re in the early stages of recovery or facing significant challenges. As you progress, we can adjust the frequency to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins to maintain momentum and ensure continued growth.

How long does the coaching process take?

Button

The length of the coaching process varies from person to person. Some clients work with me for a few months to address specific challenges, while others continue coaching for a year or more to fully integrate new habits and achieve long-term goals. Recovery is a journey, and I’m here to support you for as long as you need.

Do you only work with people in recovery from substance addiction?

Button

While I specialize in supporting those recovering from substance addiction, I also work with individuals who are struggling with other forms of addictive behaviors, such as gambling, food, or relationships. Additionally, I support clients who may not identify with a specific addiction but are seeking help with personal development, finding purpose, or overcoming life’s challenges

How do you handle setbacks or relapses?

Button

Setbacks and relapses are a part of the recovery process for many people, and I approach them with understanding and compassion. If a setback occurs, we’ll analyze what led to it, learn from the experience, and adjust your recovery plan to strengthen your resilience. My goal is to help you recover quickly from setbacks and continue moving forward with renewed determination.

What makes your coaching different from traditional therapy?

Button

While both coaching and therapy can be valuable, they have different focuses. Coaching with me is future-oriented and action-based, aimed at helping you achieve specific goals and make tangible progress in your recovery and personal life. While we may explore past experiences to understand their impact, the primary focus is on creating strategies for a better future. If you need to address deep-seated emotional issues or trauma, I may recommend working with a licensed therapist.

How do I get started?

Button

Getting started is easy. Simply reach out to me via email, phone, or through my website to schedule a free consultation. During this initial session, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and whether we’re a good fit for working together. From there, we can arrange regular sessions and begin your journey to recovery and personal transformation.
