At Wander Well Horizons my mission is to empower women to reconnect with themselves, embrace their unique strengths, and create lives that feel authentic, balanced, and meaningful. Through compassionate, evidence-based coaching, I support women with ADHD and executive functioning challenges in building practical strategies, self-trust, and sustainable habits. Like a walk along the shoreline, I believe growth is a journey—one guided by curiosity and the confidence to follow your own path.

Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that helps you identify your goals, understand what matters most to you, and create realistic strategies to support your well-being. Coaching is not about someone telling you what to do—it is about helping you discover what works for your unique life, values, and needs.
Coaching complements, but does not replace, medical care or mental health therapy. As a nurse and wellness coach, I bring a health-focused perspective while supporting you in areas such as mindset, habits, self-awareness, routines, confidence, and creating sustainable change. When appropriate, I encourage collaboration with your healthcare and mental health providers. During our initial intake session I will go further into the role of the coach and expectations and limitations.
My coaching practice is built on more than 25 years of experience as a Masters-prepared nurse, healthcare professional, leader, and retired military veteran. Throughout my career, I have supported people through change, challenges, transitions, and complex seasons of life. I bring that experience, along with my coaching training, into every client relationship. While I might professionally be newer to the role of a coach, I have years of a foundational base and experience.
Not at all. Some clients come with a clear goal, while others simply know they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. We can begin by exploring where you are, what matters to you, and what direction you would like to move toward.
Every journey is different. Some clients seek support around a specific transition or goal, while others benefit from ongoing coaching as they build new habits and ways of navigating life. We’ll work together to find an approach that fits your needs.
No. While my nursing background gives me a strong foundation in health and wellness, coaching is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. My role is to support you in creating awareness, building skills, and making choices that support your overall well-being.
Many people have. At Wander Well Horizons, we focus less on forcing yourself into someone else’s system and more on discovering what truly supports you. We explore your strengths, challenges, environment, and needs to create approaches that feel sustainable.
