No, it’s totally free to join. We only take a 7% service fee from bookings on the platform.
How do I join?
We are invite-only, so you’ll have to apply to get access to the platform.
What are your criteria for joining?
- You are a health, life, or personal development coach.
- You have 2+ years of coaching experience.
- You have a qualification in coaching and a relevant area of expertise.
- You currently offer 1:1 online coaching sessions or programs.
- You have worked with 10+ clients.
- You are available to take on more coaching clients.
- You have a recognized accreditation, such as from the NBHWC or ICF.
- You want to help more people transform their lives by sharing your expertise.
Can I join if I am under contract?
Yes, on our platform, you maintain your independence. We don't require you to sign any contracts, but please review your existing contract (if any) for potential restrictions before joining us.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes, you have complete freedom. We recommend setting a price that you feel comfortable charging. All our coaches are highly qualified and experienced, so prices tend to be in the higher range.
How much time do I have to spend on the platform?
You have full control over your schedule and availability to accept new bookings. There’s no minimum time commitment required; you are in control of your coaching business.
Can I get help with setup?
Absolutely, our team can help you with everything you need to get set up, including personal profile creation, website graphics design, content proofreading, improving your service offerings, and more. We're committed to helping you succeed.
How does your marketing work?
We utilize various marketing channels, such as ads, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, to increase the visibility of our site and your Vibly page. While we don't drive traffic away from our site, you are welcome to repurpose any Vibly-branded marketing material we create for your own use.

Vibly is specifically built for individual coaching online. We aim to support your growth journey by handling the business, tech, and marketing aspects, so you can focus on coaching. You maintain full control over your practice, and we offer a transparent discovery process so that clients can find you easily.
