I’m Gina Martin, founder of Own Your Next and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) who has spent more than 20 years developing and leading people through change, growth, and transition.

My work today is centered on helping women reconnect with themselves after a life-changing experience and begin asking a different question: What do I want my next chapter to look like?

I believe survivorship is about more than getting through treatment or returning to the life you had before. It can also be a time to reclaim your voice, rebuild confidence, reconsider what matters, and create a life that reflects who you are now.

As a coach, I bring both compassion and challenge. I’ll give you space to process what has changed while also helping you move toward the decisions, possibilities, and goals that matter to you. There is no expectation that your “next” has to mean a bigger career, a new job, or any particular version of success. It is yours to define.

I hold an MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU and the ICF Master Certified Coach credential. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades in corporate leadership, leading large teams and businesses through significant change.

Through Own Your Next, I am building a space where women are supported not simply in moving forward after cancer, but in choosing what forward means for them.
