Dr. Diego Salinas

Dr. Diego Salinas is on a lifelong mission to celebrate, elevate, and empower the coaching industry and its people. In 2023, he co-founded Vibly, a groundbreaking well-being platform that merges AI with human empathy to offer personalized support for coaches and clients alike. With a rich background in neuroscience and health coaching, Diego has spent his career bridging the gap between clinical practice and innovative coaching methodologies. He studied cognitive and behavioral neuroscience at Brown University and earned his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He is also a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and a Duke Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, serving as a faculty member at the University of Houston and a training assistant at Duke University’s Health and Wellbeing Coaching program.

Diego is passionate about creating transformative change within the coaching community. Through his role as a subject matter expert for the NBHWC, he has helped shape the standards and educational requirements for national coaching certifications. His mission is to bring more empathy, connection, and growth to the well-being space, advocating for a future where coaches are valued, supported, and empowered to make a real difference in people’s lives. With Vibly, Diego aims to make personal flourishing accessible to everyone, unlocking human potential through small, compounding actions that drive meaningful growth.
