Jason Ighani is a seasoned coach, somatic psychotherapist-in-training, and team development specialist with over 14 years of experience in international development and humanitarian work. As founder and CEO of the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN), he leads a global initiative that provides large-scale, pro bono coaching to humanitarian staff, especially those in isolated or underserved regions.
Jason’s mission is to humanize and optimize the world of work for those who devote their lives to helping others. Through HCN, he has created a collaborative network of over 600 active coaches offering support where it’s needed most. He is also the founder of Men at Pine Tree, a retreat series fostering connection and healing for men, and co-host of Two Watermelons in a Sack, a podcast exploring men’s inner lives.
