She holds a Ph.D. in Health & Kinesiology, an M.S. in Exercise Physiology & Health Coaching, and multiple certifications, including National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Dr. O’Farrell is a leading expert in behavior change, resilience, and trauma-informed health coaching. Her research focuses on trauma-informed practices, physical activity interventions, and holistic well-being.
