As a course facilitator at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) and a private coach mentor, Patti helps individuals navigate personal growth, mind-body wellness, and sustainable habit change. She also integrates qigong, meditation, and yoga into her teachings, empowering clients to cultivate balance and resilience. She is also a co-author of Motivational Interviewing in Life and Health Coaching, a comprehensive guide to effective coaching practices.
