"I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011 and I found in the same year a lifestyle program that could slow the progression, maybe even halt it. It took me a few months to feel that I am capable of following that lifestyle (because it meant to give up chocolate…besides other stuff but that was the hardest) and that this was the right path for me.
Fast forward to 2018, where my daughter was born. 2019 I felt the repercussions of the birth which resulted in a relapse but being so well for so long and in this positive lifestyle bubble, I didn’t realize I had a relapse. 2020, when the pandemic hit, I had another one and that changed everything because I didn’t start to completely recover anymore.
Today I am not only believing in changing your lifestyle but also that medication has its place in my life, hopefully my recovery…but my rock, my base is still the lifestyle program I have been following for the past 12+ years."
