Our discovery session is a relaxed, conversational meeting designed to help me truly understand you—your goals, priorities, lifestyle, challenges, and what success looks like for you. Together, we’ll explore your health and fitness background, current habits, and any specific needs or limitations. This session allows us to clarify your short- and long-term goals, identify what matters most to you, and determine the best path forward. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how personal training and nutrition coaching can support you, and we’ll ensure the program we build is tailored to your unique journey.
