She earned her Doctorate in Behavioral Health, Master’s degree in Health Education and Wellness Coaching, in addition to being a certified intuitive eating coach, Sarah is a certified athletic trainer. She has a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. 

 

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking with her fiancé. Life is hard, figuring out what to do to be healthy and happy can be difficult, that's why I am here!
