Program structure

1. 45 minute Clarity Call: Exploring Your Current State

Review of your current state of health via a Dimensions of Wellness Assessment

Exploration of your values and strengths and capabilities

Uncovering what barriers or challenges might exist

Creating your vision of ideal wellness

2. Follow Up Sessions: Creating Habits

Button

Setting experiments to test out in order to achieve that ideal state of wellness, spending time revisiting, adjusting, or creating new experiments along the way.

3. Closing Session: Now What?

Let's spend some time talking through how capable you are! Let's discuss how far you've come, what you've learned and how you can take all this knowledge and move on knowing that you are capable of the changes you desire.

I believe everyone is capable of meaningful change—even in the face of uncertainty.

That belief comes from my own experience. My journey began in 2016, when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis after a sudden and confusing onset of symptoms, including optic neuritis. Like many living with a chronic condition, I faced the fear of the unknown—but also a deep desire to take control of what I could.

That experience shaped the way I approach health today. It showed me that while we can’t control everything, there are still meaningful ways to support our health and feel empowered. There are areas of our health where we can create positive, sustainable change.

Today, I help others living with chronic and autoimmune conditions do exactly that- by building sustainable habits, focusing on what’s within their control, and reconnecting with their strengths.

With over 15 years in Health and Physical Education, a Master’s degree in Experiential Growth and Development, and formal training in Integrated Health and Wellness Coaching, I combine coaching expertise with lived experience to support lasting, realistic change.
