A Personal Note from Jeni:
I grew up on a small farm in rural America surrounded by horses, goats, gardens, and bees. Raised by a resilient single mom and a steady, soft-spoken grandfather, I learned early that grit, hard work, and kindness are the foundation of a meaningful life.
Fast forward → degrees in education, a master’s in health science, a educator, and three kids to raise (who are now adulting, yay!).
From the outside, everything looked “perfect.”
Behind the scenes, though, I was juggling caregiving, solo parenting, and survival.
Burnout wasn’t a buzzword—it was my reality.
That’s when I realized: I didn’t want to just hold it all together. I wanted to live fully. So I stopped chasing balance - and started building it.
Today:
I’m a Certified Master Coach (ICF-MCC), a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), founder of The Standing Mountain and the Connecting Coaches, and a professor at a local college.
Through my work, I help high-achieving professionals, like Founders, CEOs, and Execs (including their spouses), who feel stretched thin recalibrate how they live, lead, and show up—at work and at home.
My clients often come to me when they’re:

I will provide a confidential, supportive, and challenging space where you can: - Think strategically about your goals and challenges - Clarify priorities and next steps - Strengthen awareness, resilience, and leadership capacity - Develop sustainable practices that support your well-being and effectiveness - Be held accountable to the commitments you choose
Once the complimentary coaching session is complete, the agreement is signed, and the payment is received, coaching sessions are not refundable. Coaching packages expire after 12 months. Unused coaching sessions can be transferred to a family member (spouse) or team member (co-founder or leader) at work.
It is required to cancel or reschedule at least 1 day or 24 hours before your session to avoid losing a session from your package. A one time emergency is allowed. Please do your best to schedule a time and date that works for you knowing your responsibilities. Ask the coach to open additional times if the ideal day and time is not showing on the calendar.
