I’m Jesse, and a big part of who I am has been shaped by taking a path that has not always been straightforward.

I’ve spent much of my professional life in healthcare, behavioral health, public service, and community-focused work. I’m also continuing my education in psychology, and outside of work I host The Sync’d Self podcast, where I get to have honest conversations about mental health, relationships, growth, leadership, technology, and the everyday things that shape how we live.

What has stayed consistent through all of those experiences is my interest in people—what motivates us, what gets us stuck, how we make decisions, and what helps us move forward.

I also know what it is like to juggle different responsibilities, question what comes next, change direction, and realize that the plan you once had may not be the plan you ultimately follow. Those experiences are a big part of why coaching feels meaningful to me.

I’m not someone who believes you need to completely reinvent yourself to make progress. Sometimes it is about getting clearer on what matters, being honest about what is not working, and taking the next step—even if that step is small.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, writing, podcasting, spending time with the people I care about, exploring new places, and finding ways to stay involved in my community.

More than anything, I want the people I work with to feel comfortable showing up as themselves. You do not need to have the perfect plan, the perfect words, or everything figured out before we start.

You can come as you are, and we can figure out what comes next from there.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Do I need to complete a discovery call first?

Button

A discovery call is recommended for new clients so we can make sure coaching is a good fit, but it may not always be required.

What can we work on during the session?

Button

That’s okay. Part of the session can be used to get clear on what feels most important right now and where you would like to start.

Is this session therapy?

Button

No. The Sync’d Self Coaching is a non-clinical coaching service. It does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care.

What happens during the session?

Button

We’ll talk through what you want to focus on, explore what may be getting in the way, and work toward practical next steps. Depending on your goals, we may also use reflection, goal-setting, or other coaching tools.

Will I leave with something to work on afterward?

Button

Whenever possible, yes. The goal is for you to leave with greater clarity and at least one realistic next step, goal, or area of focus.

Can I book more than one session?

Button

Absolutely. You can book individual sessions as needed, and ongoing coaching options or packages may also be available if you want more consistent support.

How often should I schedule coaching?

Button

It depends on your goals and preferences. Some clients may benefit from weekly or biweekly sessions, while others may book periodically for specific goals or transitions.

What if I realize I need more support than coaching can provide?

Button

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I may recommend connecting with an appropriate licensed mental health or healthcare professional.
