"I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in personalized, practical coaching for women navigating midlife and beyond. I believe wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal. That’s why I work with each client to examine how all aspects of their lifestyle impact their health and help them build sustainable habits that support long-term energy, clarity, and confidence. My own wellness journey began after years of frustrating doctor visits, unanswered questions, and health challenges that led me to explore holistic, whole-person care. I quickly realized how deeply interconnected every part of our lives is and how important it is to find balance to truly feel our best. With a background in communication, teaching, athletic coaching, and fitness, health and wellness coaching felt like a natural extension of my passions. When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll likely find me hiking a mountain, paddleboarding a quiet lake, cycling a new trail, or chasing my next adventure outdoors. I believe every woman has the ability to heal, grow, and thrive and I’m here to be a steady, supportive guide along the way.
