* Access to a private area for your session * Sign a secure confidentiality agreement for use of electronic telehealth technology consent form * High-speed Internet connection and a laptop or smart phone with video or camera capability * Sessions that are affected by technology failures may be rescheduled at no cost * Cancellation Policy: Scheduled sessions that are not canceled within 24 hours of start time may not be re-scheduled or refunded (Emergencies Excluded) * Payments are non refundable
