FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Can you help me write a business case for employer-paid coaching?

Button

Yes, I’d love to help you make the case. Coaching isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a strategic investment in leadership effectiveness, team health, and long-term retention. I can help you craft a business case that ties your goals to tangible outcomes: clearer decision-making, stronger communication, better boundaries, and a ripple effect on culture. Let’s make sure your request speaks their language and honors your growth.

Is coaching confidential (even if my employer pays for it)?

Button

Great question! Yes, coaching is confidential. Even if your employer is funding the sessions, the content of our work together remains between you and me. The only time I’ll share anything with your employer is if you request it, such as a summary of progress or goals—but only with your permission. The space we create is built on trust, and I’m here to support you, not just the organization.

Can I pay for coaching monthly instead of paying for a package?

Button

I totally get wanting flexibility! While I typically work with clients on a package basis to ensure consistent, impactful results, I’m happy to discuss monthly payment options. That way, you can still commit to your growth without feeling locked into something that doesn’t work for you. Let’s chat and find a structure that fits your needs!
