In an IFS-informed coaching session, we focus on identifying and understanding the different parts of yourself that may be in conflict, especially when these parts are polarized and preventing you from moving forward. In IFS, we view the mind as made up of various "parts," each with its own perspective and agenda. Sometimes, these parts can work against each other—one part may want to push you toward a goal, while another holds you back out of fear or doubt. This internal tug-of-war can leave you feeling stuck or unable to make decisions. During our sessions, I’ll help you recognize these polarized parts and guide you in resolving their conflicts, allowing them to work together more harmoniously. The process is about accessing your inner wisdom (your "Self") so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in your choices.
