Hi, I’m Heather — mom, coach, and lifelong advocate for women’s wellness. With over 25 years in the health and wellness field, as a personal trainer, occupational therapy practitioner and health coach, I specialize in helping women in midlife and menopause feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.
My coaching blends professional expertise with personal experience — because I’ve been through the ups and downs, stress and physical changes of midlife too. Like many women, I experienced firsthand how the midlife transition can bring unexpected changes — shifts in energy, rising stress, stubborn weight gain, and a sense that the strategies that once worked no longer do. My own journey through menopause led me to explore what truly supports women’s health during this stage of life.
What I discovered again and again in the research was the power of the Mediterranean lifestyle — an evidence-based approach centered on nourishing foods, healthy fats, movement, and connection. This way of living supports energy, metabolic health, longevity, and overall well-being, particularly for women navigating menopause.
