Hi, I’m Heather — mom, coach, and lifelong advocate for women’s wellness.

With over 25 years in the health and wellness field, including a background in occupational therapy, I support women in midlife and menopause to feel more energized, confident, and at home in their bodies again.

Like many women, I experienced firsthand how midlife can bring unexpected changes — shifts in energy, rising stress, and a sense that what once worked no longer does. That experience led me to explore what truly supports women’s health during this stage of life.

What I found again and again in both research and practice is the power of the Mediterranean lifestyle — a nourishing, sustainable approach that supports energy, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing.

Today, I guide women in making simple, lasting lifestyle shifts that restore vitality and create a sense of ease and balance.

I offer Clarity Sessions, coaching programs, and experiential workshops designed to support meaningful, lasting change — in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with this season of life.
