These changes might be around exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, personal growth, technology or digital wellness (how our use of devices impact our health and wellness), and our relationship with ourself and others (social connections and community). As a Health Coach, I help you design a path forward by creating a vision, discovering what tools and strategies will work for you. This will help overcome the barriers / obstacles, fuel motivation and help you hold yourself accountable to you (not me!). The end result: lasting positive change.
