"I’m a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach based in Portland, Oregon. A Health & Wellness Coach helps you move forward with positive lifestyle changes. These changes might be around exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep quality, personal growth, technology / digital wellness (having healthy relationships with our devices), and our relationship with ourself and others (social connections and community). As a health coach I don’t tell people they need to exercise a certain way or eat a certain way. We are all unique. We all have different needs and priorities. Most of us are aware of what ‘things’ and personal self-care tasks it takes for us to feel healthy and have wellness. But the reality is, we get busy, we get overwhelmed and we feel stuck and unmotivated. And healthy habits and self-care fall off.
As a Health Coach, I help you design a path forward by creating a vision, discovering what tools and strategies will work for you. This will help overcome the barriers / obstacles, fuel motivation and help you hold yourself accountable to you (not me!). The end result: lasting positive change.
