Hi there I am Chante! I am a health coach passionate about helping others create sustainable lifestyle changes that have meaning and reflect your values, culture, and life experiences. 

 

After experiencing my own struggles with my health and wellness I realized I wasn't alone. At a time when I felt stuck, I had the benefit of connecting and working with a health coach. That coach changed my life forever, by walking along side me to find what it meant to take care of the whole me, Chante. My coach taught me not to focus on just one piece, but took a holistic look at life. Not just a physical focus but a deep look at stress, rest, nutrition, and how all things in life need to be balanced. Not all balance is equal but there is Hope in finding what Balance looks like for you! 

 

As your coach, we will work together at a pace that fits for you. We will explore what it means to live a healthy life. We will take your ideas to build steps and goals that are achievable for you at your pace.
