I graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Physiology with an emphasis in Health Promotion, and I received my Master's in Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I am a board certified Health and Wellness Coach with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
My greatest passion is helping others as they journey down their health and well-being path. Like the mighty oak tree, there will be times we need to stand strong and be firm, and other times we will need to be like the flexible willow, and bend with ease and efficacy as we navigate our journey.
