I’ve been a coach my whole life—long before I ever had a title for it. With experience spanning construction, local government, youth development, and leadership coaching—and training in traditional and positive psychology, CISM and peer support, and experiential education—I’ve learned to listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, and create space for real transformation.
Working across such diverse environments has strengthened my resilience, openness, and commitment to meeting people exactly where they are. I’m a psychology and professional-development nerd who thrives on helping others grow and succeed on their own terms. I’ve facilitated trainings for groups large and small, led teams, managed programs, and interviewed and hired hundreds. No matter the setting, my goal is the same: to support growth with clarity, compassion, and practical insight.
I’ve lived the tough stuff too—burnout, leadership transitions, messy team dynamics, feeling stuck, and navigating complex or harmful work cultures. These experiences shape how I coach and fuel my commitment to helping people move through challenge toward something steadier, healthier, and more aligned.
I believe most of us are doing the best we can with what we have—and that with the right support and resources, we’re capable of more than we imagine. That’s why I coach.
