Yes, clients who have gone through my 12 week program will be able to book follow up appointments with me whenever they'd like to check in and get updated recommendations based on what they have going on or their new health goals.
Because the 4th session is free :) The last sessions is a 30 minute call to wrap up your program and give you a maintenance plan so you feel prepared to maintain your results.
