In this 12-week virtual coaching program you will receive customized support and guidance as you work toward your health and wellness goals. Each week, we’ll meet for a 25-30 minute session to focus on your progress, challenges, and to come up with the steps you can take toward finding balance and optimal wellness.

 

At the start of the program, we’ll define your wellness vision and establish your long-term goal to achieve by the end of our time together. Each session will be customized to your unique needs, offering a flexible, individualized appraoch. My role is to provide support, accountability, and the tools you need to produce lasting, sustainable change.
