1. How the Program Works

This three-month private coaching journey includes six personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, held every other week via Google Meet. Each session is 45-60 minutes and designed to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

Together, we’ll explore the areas of your life that matter most—faith, health, mindset, relationships, purpose, stress, habits, and overall well-being. Through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and coaching, you’ll gain greater clarity, confidence, and direction for your next chapter.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we’ll create meaningful, sustainable changes that align with your values, support your wellness, and strengthen your relationship with God. You’ll identify goals that feel authentic to you and develop practical action steps you can confidently implement between sessions.

Throughout the program, you’ll receive encouragement, accountability, personalized resources, and a supportive space to process challenges, celebrate progress, and continue becoming the woman God created you to be.

By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer vision, healthier habits, renewed confidence, and a personalized roadmap for continued growth in mind, body, and spirit.

I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves and discover what health and wellness can truly look like in their own lives—mind, body, and spirit.


My journey into this work has been shaped by personal experience—navigating genetically high cholesterol, caring for my father through multiple health challenges, and committing to a plant-based lifestyle. These moments deepened my understanding of how important it is to make intentional, informed choices that support both our health and our lives.


As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and functional nutrition student, I understand the unique transitions women face—especially in seasons like perimenopause and post-menopause. But more than that, I understand what it feels like when something within you begins to shift.


My Christian faith is at the foundation of how I live and how I coach. I believe that true wellness is a God-given gift—and that we are called to care for ourselves in a way that honors both our bodies and our lives. My approach is rooted in compassion, encouragement, and helping you renew your mind so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Faith and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that helps you create positive changes in your life while integrating your Christian faith. Together, we’ll focus on your goals, well-being, personal growth, and the areas of life where you feel called to make meaningful changes

Is this counseling or therapy?

Button

No. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on helping you move forward, create goals, build healthy habits, and navigate life transitions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need therapeutic support, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.

Do I need to be in a specific season of life to benefit from coaching?

Not at all. While many of my clients are navigating midlife transitions, empty nest, career changes, caregiving, grief, or wellness challenges, coaching can benefit anyone seeking greater clarity, balance, purpose, and personal growth.

How often will we meet?

We will meet every other week for six private 60-minute coaching sessions over the course of three months. This schedule provides time to reflect, practice new habits, and take action between sessions.

What if I want faith to be a major part of our coaching?

Faith can be woven throughout our work together as much or as little as you would like. Prayer, Scripture, and faith-based reflection tools are available for clients who desire a Christ-centered coaching experience.
