<p>This program runs for three months, with six private one-on-one coaching sessions (every other week) plus a bonus session for extra support. Each session lasts about 45 minutes and is held virtually, making it flexible and easy to fit into your schedule.</p><p><br> </p><p>During our sessions, we’ll prayerfully invite God into your wellness journey as we work together to set Spirit-led goals that are meaningful and achievable for your life. Instead of simply creating SMART goals, we’ll focus on God-honoring goals—clear, practical steps that align with biblical principles and the unique path the Lord is calling you to walk.</p><p><br> </p><p>In each session, you’ll leave with a faith-rooted action step to carry into your daily life, supported by Scripture and encouragement. In our final session, we’ll reflect on your journey, celebrate the growth God has brought about, and create a sustainable plan to help you continue walking in balance and wholeness beyond the program</p>
