I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine and a Master’s of Science in Sports Administration. I was a former Collegiate Baseball player and Division 1 Baseball Coach, who transitioned into the realm of strength and conditioning, honing my skills at the Division 1 level, and shaping elite athletes to reach their peak performance.
