Now we fine-tune. You’ll work through obstacles, evaluate supplements or labs, and create a realistic, sustainable strategy that keeps you moving forward after the 90 days are done.

Welcome, I am looking forward to working with you. I am ready to help you succeed with your health goals whether it’s reversing insulin resistance or improving your overall metabolic health. Together we will have regular check ins to discuss how this new lifestyle is going for you and how to stay on track with insulin-smart eating habits in order to nurture the most optimal metabolic health possible for you! I was certified as a FDN Practitioner all the way back in 2018 after spending 5 years bed ridden due to chronic lyme, toxic mold exposure and Hashimoto’s. Becoming a health coach is what empowered me to figure out my next steps, when doctors were unable to help me get better. I was trained on how to order my own blood, stool and saliva labs so that I could better direct and work as a team with my health care providers. Then a few years ago I began to have symptoms of insulin resistance and that encouraged me to become a certified insulin IQ coach. Today I am happy to report that I have my insulin resistance under control. Throughout my journey I have learned to empower my clients in a similar manner. I love helping clients tap into their intuition about what's going on in their body, and overall health, so that they are able to better advocate and make decisions for themselves. My number one goal is to help you to stay on track with insulin-smart eating and lifestyle habits allowing you to look better but even more importantly feel better.
