"

I began working in healthcare in 2002 and became a Physical Therapist Assistant by 2005. For over more than two decades, I've had a front-row seat, as well as a role in, conventional medicine healthcare.  This showed me what the future could hold and inspired me to seek alternative methods to health rather than the “pill for an ill” approach.

After learning of my own onset of autoimmune diseases, I decided to explore root-cause, lifestyle-based approaches to healing and prevention. What began as a personal journey became a professional mission as this led to a drive to educate and help others find wellness through lifestyle.

I believe overall health is deeply interconnected — shaped by stress, movement, nutrition, community, and daily rhythms — and that small, intentional shifts can create lasting change.
