Hi, I’m Anaka — an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and feminine embodiment coach devoted to helping women heal, transform, and reclaim their true selves.

My professional journey began in traditional psychiatry, where I trained and worked as a nurse practitioner. While I am grateful to support others in this capacity, I often feel constrained by the limits of the healthcare system. I know there was a deeper, more holistic way to help women heal — one that honored the mind, body, and spirit. That calling led me to the world of energy work and somatic healing.

Though I will not be practicing as a nurse practitioner in this space, my clinical background provides a grounded, trauma-informed foundation for my work. I create safe, structured, and compassionate spaces where clients can release emotional blocks, let go of limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

My own healing journey began within the confines of a high-demand religious environment. As I moved through spiritual deconstruction and began unraveling the beliefs that had shaped my identity, I found myself questioning everything — especially my worth, my voice, and my place in the world. Through that deep and often painful process, I discovered the profound power of EFT and somatic practices to help release emotional pain, reconnect with my body, and rebuild a life rooted in authenticity and self-trust.

Now, I support women navigating similar paths — those questioning faith traditions, shedding inherited identities, and seeking freedom in a world shaped by patriarchy. My work is grounded in lived experience, empathy, and the belief that healing is not only possible — it’s sacred.

If you’re ready to let go of what no longer serves you and step into who you truly are, I’m here to walk beside you.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

How many sessions do you recommend, and how often?

Button

Each person has a unique and layered history. Generally, it is recommended to attend weekly sessions if possible, but your schedule is always a priority, and you can attend as frequently as desired, but no more than once weekly. Some people work through a specific issue in 3 sessions and move on; others find it helpful and continue to work through many different processes in their lives.
