I’m Jesse, and a big part of who I am has been shaped by taking a path that has not always been straightforward.
I’ve spent much of my professional life in healthcare, behavioral health, public service, and community-focused work. I’m also continuing my education in psychology, and outside of work I host The Sync’d Self podcast, where I get to have honest conversations about mental health, relationships, growth, leadership, technology, and the everyday things that shape how we live.
What has stayed consistent through all of those experiences is my interest in people—what motivates us, what gets us stuck, how we make decisions, and what helps us move forward.
I also know what it is like to juggle different responsibilities, question what comes next, change direction, and realize that the plan you once had may not be the plan you ultimately follow. Those experiences are a big part of why coaching feels meaningful to me.
I’m not someone who believes you need to completely reinvent yourself to make progress. Sometimes it is about getting clearer on what matters, being honest about what is not working, and taking the next step—even if that step is small.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, writing, podcasting, spending time with the people I care about, exploring new places, and finding ways to stay involved in my community.
More than anything, I want the people I work with to feel comfortable showing up as themselves. You do not need to have the perfect plan, the perfect words, or everything figured out before we start.
You can come as you are, and we can figure out what comes next from there.

Most clients benefit from meeting weekly or every other week, but the schedule can be adjusted based on your goals, availability, and what feels most useful.
A discovery call is recommended for new clients so we can make sure the package is a good fit before getting started.
We’ll focus on your goals, current challenges, barriers, progress, and practical next steps. Each session builds on the one before it while allowing room to adjust as your needs change.
