Program structure

1. Session 1: Clarity

We start with where you are right now. What's working, what isn't, and what's actually driving the challenge you came in with. By the end of this session you have a clear roadmap and we both know what we're working toward.

2. Session 2: Removing Roadblocks

Button

We go beneath the surface. Most stuck points aren't about strategy — they're about the beliefs, patterns, and habits running quietly underneath it. We identify what's been in the way and build a plan to move through it.

3. Session 3: Building Momentum

With the roadblocks named and a clear direction set, we shift to action. This session focuses on concrete steps, sustainable habits, and making sure the plan actually fits your real life — not an ideal version of it.

4. Session 4: Reflection and Forward Motion

We review progress, lock in what's working, and build a clear picture of what comes next. You leave with the tools, the insights, and a plan that doesn't require me to maintain it.

I'm a retired psychotherapist and certified health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience helping people cut through the noise, get clear on what they actually want, and start moving toward it. My therapy background shapes everything about how I coach: I understand what's beneath the surface, not just what's on the agenda. That depth changes the quality of the work.

I've helped people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond navigate career reinvention, burnout recovery, leadership pressure, health and behavior change, and the kind of life transitions that don't come with instructions. Through my coaching practice Envision Tomorrow Now and my podcast Navigating Life After 40, I've built a reputation for being direct, practical, and genuinely invested in the people I work with.

What can I expect to achieve with these sessions?

Clarity on the specific challenge you came in with, a concrete plan to move through it, and real momentum by the time we finish. Four sessions is enough to get beneath the surface and start building — if you do the work between sessions too.

How are these sessions different from a single Focus Session?

A Focus Session is built for one thing — a decision, a challenge, a moment of clarity. The Momentum Package gives us four sessions to build on each other. We go deeper, track progress, and make sure the work actually sticks rather than fading a week later.

Do I need to know my goals before starting?

No. If you're unclear on what you want, that's where we start. Session one is designed to get underneath the surface and find what actually matters to you. You don't need to have it figured out before you show up.

How often do the sessions occur?

Weekly or biweekly depending on your schedule. Weekly tends to build more momentum. Biweekly gives more time to apply what we work on between sessions. We'll set the cadence at the start based on what fits your life.

What if I need more support after the package?

If the work calls for it, we can move into the Full Reset package for deeper, longer-term support. We'll know by session three whether that makes sense for where you are.
