"

As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I take a functional and integrative approach to care. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate the often overwhelming world of health and nutrition by translating complex physiology into clear, practical, and sustainable steps.

In addition to seeing private clients, I work as the primary nutrition provider in collaboration with a functional medicine practitioner. I design innovative and individualized nutrition protocols, as well as support the creation of patient resources and educational programs for those managing complex, chronic health concerns. This experience has deepened my ability to recognize patterns across interconnected systems and approach care in a way that is both nuanced and practical.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance with a Minor in Nutrition from Chapman University, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nutritional Science (ACEND-accredited) from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As well, I have completed an NBHWC-certified Coaching Intensive Practicum and am on track to receive my national board certification—an advanced credential considered the gold standard in health coaching. I am also thrilled to be in the process of receiving my Master’s in Nutritional Science.

At my core, I believe health should feel steady, clear, and supportive—not like something you are constantly chasing or getting wrong. My approach is both evidence-based and deeply human: I listen closely, meet you where you are, and consider the full picture of the individual in front of me. The goal is not perfection, but a more stable, sustainable way of caring for your health—one that allows you to feel better in your body and more at ease in your mind.
