10 years experience
I work with senior leaders in oil and gas who understand that relational clarity is a competitive advantage. My role is to help them see what's driving performance and what's quietly undermining it. Through direct, high-trust conversations, I surface blind spots, name unspoken team dynamics, and translate complexity into clear, actionable steps. Executives rely on me for calm confidence, sharp insight, and a strengths-based approach that accelerates growth without drama.
During my 24-year career at Chevron, I developed a mature coaching culture and earned my ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation. As program manager for the Chevron Advanced Management Program and later as manager of Enterprise Coaching, I shaped both future and current executives.
I hold a bachelor's degree in business from Pepperdine University and an MBA from UC Davis. I'm certified in numerous assessments including Hogan, DiSC, Korn Ferry 360, Leadership Practices Inventory, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and psychological safety assessment. My clients range from entrepreneurial firms to multinational corporations across manufacturing, oil and gas, and nonprofit sectors.
Beyond work, I find fulfillment in family life with my wife Allie and our two children here in Sugar Land, Texas, where my passion for coaching extends to enriching the lives of those around me.
