Behavioral Change
Ideal for clients who want to create better habits toward wellness and get back on track.
You and I will meet weekly (or bi-weekly) to set wellness goals, remove barriers, and establish behavioral changes to help you invest in your future self. I am available between sessions for quick check-ins.
Our first call will be a (complementary) Discovery Call so that you can learn about health and wellness coaching, ask any questions, and decide if it feels like a good fit for you. Going forward, we will meet virtually each week (or bi-weekly) to determine what is most important to you on your wellness journey. Each session is approximately 25-30 minutes. At the beginning of your time together, you will be asked to consider what a successful outcome will look like. At the end of 6-weeks, together we will assess the progress you've made!

I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a background in communications and fitness. I love to run, hike, ski, play tennis, take HIIT and hot yoga classes, and cold water dip to stay active, grounded, and connected to people and nature, while eating whole foods and preparing nutritious meals for my busy family. For over 20 years, I have served the community through marketing, communications, events, teaching fitness classes, and serving on boards supporting health, diversity, education, and youth. I work with clients from all backgrounds, including busy professionals, college students, and those with chronic conditions.
I help clients create sustainable, healthy habits for lasting well-being. Using a client-centered approach, I empower you to clarify your wellness goals and take meaningful action. Whether you want less stress, better nutrition, more movement and fitness, improved sleep, or greater balance and joy, I offer caring, research-backed support to help you thrive.
My mission is to help people build healthier habits, one small step at a time.
"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Health and Wellness Coaching (HWC) is a client-centered, evidence-based process designed to help individuals bridge the gap between medical advice and lasting lifestyle changes. Unlike a doctor who prescribes treatments, a coach acts as a collaborative partner, guiding you to tap into your own motivation to achieve self-determined goals.
As a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I am a trained behavior change professional who partners with individuals to support meaningful, lasting change. I am skilled in active listening, ask powerful questions that encourage reflective thinking and self-discovery, and foster accountability, all grounded in evidence-based coaching techniques. Unlike a fitness trainer or nutrition advisor who may focus mainly on prescribed advice, I use a client-centered approach that supports individuals in clarifying their goals, identifying personal values, and building confidence to take action. The NBC-HWC credential, issued through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), establishes a nationally recognized standard of excellence.
