1. What does a 6-week reset look like?

After our Discovery Session, we will meet virtually each week (or bi-weekly) to determine what is most important to you on your wellness journey. Each session is approximately 25-30 minutes.  At the beginning of your time together, you will be asked to consider what a successful outcome will look like. At the end of 6-weeks, together we will assess the progress you've made!

I love to run, hike, ski, play tennis, take HIIT and hot yoga classes, and cold water dip to stay active, grounded, and connected to people and nature, while eating whole foods and preparing nutritious meals for my busy family. For over 20 years, I have served the community through marketing, communications, events, teaching fitness classes, and serving on boards supporting health, diversity, education, and youth. I work with clients from all backgrounds, including busy professionals, college students, and those with chronic conditions. 

Using a client-centered approach, I empower you to clarify your wellness goals and take meaningful action. Whether you want less stress, better nutrition, more movement and fitness, improved sleep, or greater balance and joy, I offer caring, research-backed support to help you thrive.
