"I’m Luz Chacón, a bilingual Wellness Coach and EFT Tapping Practitioner with 40 years of experience in health promotion. I help midlife women regain their energy, reduce stress, and reset their health—and I support mission-driven organizations to prevent burnout and promote wellbeing in the workplace. Before launching my coaching business, I spent decades working in the nonprofit health and social services sector. I hold a Master’s in Public Health and advanced certifications in health coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), and trauma-informed EFT. But I don’t just bring credentials—I bring lived experience. As a single mom who transformed her own health in midlife, I understand the pressures of caregiving, stress, and putting your own needs last. I also understand the challenges of leading teams and serving vulnerable communities within the nonprofit sector where stress and burnout are common. I’ve coached private clients since 2013 and provided workplace wellness services since 2017. My practice includes individual coaching, group programs, and workplace wellness services—all grounded in mind-body modalities, compassion, and meeting clients where they are."
