Hi, I’m Leanna. I’m a trained Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and I’ve completed the intensive practicum designed to prepare coaches for board certification. My passion is helping people navigate life’s transitions while creating space for healing, reflection, and growth.
While my services are open to individuals from all backgrounds, I have a special passion for supporting women in midlife and those navigating major life shifts. This can include changes in career, relationships, grief and loss, emotional overwhelm and identity shifts.
Beyond moving through difficult seasons, I’m passionate about supporting people in the chapter that comes after—helping them reconnect with themselves, rediscover their strengths, explore what they want next, and begin envisioning a life that feels aligned with who they are becoming. Life transitions can reshape us, and sometimes we need support not only surviving change, but finding meaning and possibility on the other side of it.
My work is rooted in both education and lived experience. I experienced significant life transitions of my own that deeply shaped my personal healing journey and ultimately led me here. Through my experiences, training, and commitment to continued learning, I understand how overwhelming change can feel—and how meaningful it can be to have support during those seasons.
As I continue building experience and completing coaching log hours, I’m currently welcoming new clients, volunteers, practice clients, coaching students, and fellow coaches interested in session swaps or collaborative practice opportunities. This coaching experience is client-led and flexible. While we follow a general weekly theme for guidance, each session is based on what you are currently experiencing in your life. We move at your pace, not a rigid curriculum.
No. This coaching is not therapy, counseling or medical treatment. I am unable to diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. This coaching space is for wellness support, self awareness, and navigating life transitions. If you have medical or mental health concerns, you should always consult with your physician or a licensed healthcare provider.
The 8-week Wellness Journey is designed as a full experience, and we do not extend the program itself. However, clients are welcome to continue with Reconnect Sessions specifically designed for individuals who have completed the program. These are single sessions offered at a discounted rate, for ongoing support as you navigate life beyond the program.
Life happens, and flexibility is built into this experience. If you need to miss a session, we will do our best to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe based on availability. Because this is an 8-week structured journey, consistency is encouraged to support your progress, but sessions do not need to be completed if circumstances arise.
That's completely okay! This is a client-led coaching experience, which means we adjust and realign based on what's happening in your life. We will shift the work to support you where you are in that moment so you can get the most out of the experience.
You are always in control of your coaching experience. If you choose to discontinue the program, any remaining sessions will be converted into single sessions that can be used at your convenience in the future. Because, this is a reserved coaching commitment, the program requires full payment prior to your first session and is non-refundable once it begins.
