My commitment to root-cause healing was shaped by navigating my own profound health challenges. At age 40, a catastrophic infection resulted in kidney failure. While acute medical interventions successfully saved my life, the subsequent years left me managing a mountain of chronic symptoms including retaining 70 lbs. of fluid, culminating in stage 4 renal failure and a reliance on 13 medications.
Recognizing the need to look beyond symptom management, I turned to evidence-based diet and lifestyle protocols. Within one year of addressing the root causes of my illness, I normalized my kidney and adrenal function, safely reduced my medications, and completely rebuilt my physical strength. Today, I am back in the mountains hiking, backpacking, and actively serving my community.
Having successfully reclaimed my own vitality, I now dedicate my work to helping clients break through chronic health barriers, retain their long-term independence, and design a vibrant, purpose-filled life.
