In addition to our coaching sessions we will also meet virtually for private pilates sessions, designed to relieve pain and to reshape your body. We incorporate informative reading material accompanied by thought provoking exercises. I am going to challenge your thinking and expand your consciousness immediately. We'll begin with a well rounded health & wellness assessment followed by a program questionnaire. We aim to complete 4 major exercises in 90 days consisting of Self Image Perception, Vision, Outcome, and Purpose. In the midst of all this we will do Pilates together, the physical part of connecting your mind to your body. You will perceive Pilates to be an extension of your coaching and feel inside your body, what you are learning in your mind. You will quickly find renewed strength and feel energized for more.
